Who this is for

Cambridge International and UK boards, O-Level to A-Level

Whether the gap is theory that will not stick, programming that will not run, or the NEA coursework project, we start from the work in front of you.

The approach

What a working engineer brings to a lesson

I work as a professional software engineer and build my own software products, so the topics on the specification are not chapters I revise before a lesson. They are things I use, and that changes how they get explained.

  • Theory anchored in real systems

Databases, networks, security and object-oriented design are four chapters in the syllabus and one working day in a codebase. Explanations arrive with a reason attached.

  • Code we write together

We debug your own program on screen, line by line, instead of reading a model answer off a slide.

  • Mark scheme literacy

I sat these papers in the Cambridge system myself, so we work on how much detail actually earns the mark and where students give away easy ones.

  • One student, one plan

Every session is one to one, so the pace follows the gaps in your understanding rather than a class timetable.
